The officer observed a white car traveling at a high rate of speed. The Lidar confirmed the vehicle speed to be 150km\/hr in the 90km\/hr zone.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, MD Sajjad KHAN age 25 of Toronto ON was issued a court summons for Stunt Driving, contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. The driver received a 30 day driver&#8217;s license suspension and is scheduled to appear in Nipigon court in October 2026. The vehicle a 2012 Honda, was impounded for 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP remains committed to taking aggressive drivers off our roads through enforcement and public education.
