The officer observed a westbound motor vehicle traveling at a excessive rate of speed. The Lidar confirmed the vehicle speed to be 159km\/hr in the posted 90km\/hr zone.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Sanjiv DOAL, age 27 of Alliston ON was issued a court summons for Stunt Driving, contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. The driver received a 30 day driver&#8217;s license suspension and is scheduled to appear in Nipigon court at a later date. The vehicle a 2010 black BMW was impounded for 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP remains committed to taking aggressive drivers off our roads through enforcement and public education.
