He was the cherished son of\u00a0Joseph McCoy\u00a0and the late\u00a0Helen McCoy. Special friend of Florence (Flo) Orr or \u201cMama Flo\u201d as Mike would say. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings\u00a0Trish Bruj (Ben), Joey (Erin), Cathy (Gilles), and Bob (Maury), and was predeceased by his brother\u00a0Dwayne (Manon). Mike will also be deeply missed by his extended family and his many dear friends.<\/p>\n<p>From a young age, Mike had a love for sports, music, and the people around him. He spent many memorable years playing for the\u00a0Wawa Travellers\u00a0and sharing his musical talent by playing\u00a0drums\u00a0for\u00a0Sandy Beach. A gifted and athletic man, Mike enjoyed curling and golf and treasured the time he spent with his many friends.<\/p>\n<p>Mike will be remembered most for his warm heart, his devotion to his family, his sense of humour, and, of course, his ability to always have a good story to tell. His stories, laughter, and the memories he created with those who knew and loved him will remain in their hearts forever.<\/p>\n<p>He leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, and countless cherished memories.<\/p>\n<p>God bless you, Mike. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.<\/p>\n<p>Cremation will take place at River\u2019s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie.
