Algoma Public Health has approved the lifting of restrictions on using the municipal water supply, effective immediately.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div><div class=\"divider\"><\/div>\n<p><span id=\"timestamp\"><b>Aug 19, 2026 at 16:10<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a result of the watermain break earlier today. Algoma Public Health and the Muncipality has issued a Boil Water Advisory for the residents along:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Superior Street<\/li>\n<li>Regina Crescent<\/li>\n<li>Poplar Street<\/li>\n<li>Birch Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div><div class=\"divider\"><\/div>\n<p><span id=\"timestamp\"><b>Aug 19, 2026 at 15:52<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Wawa has issued a public notice, and has advised that &#8220;any resident affected may use the Michipicoten Community Centre (MMCC) during this water service disruption to fill water containers or use the public washrooms.
