The driver was arrested and transported to Wawa Detachment for further testing.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Brandon ANDRE-AUCLAIR, 30-year-old male from Michipicoten First Nation, was charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operation while impaired &#8211; blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)<\/li>\n<li>Operation while impaired &#8211; alcohol<\/li>\n<li>Careless driving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa on September 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP wants to remind the public that no amount of alcohol or drugs in your system is safe while driving.
