Effective 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time on August 20, 2026, the Evacuation Order around active wildland fires Thunder Bay 36 & 56 and Dryden 34 & 35\u00a0will be revoked. Once lifted, travel and use of roads and lakes in this area will be available.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, entering the restricted area before restrictions are lifted could result in fines or penalties. It can also put firefighters and other personnel at risk as they continue working to prepare the area for residents to return safely.<\/p>\n
