Of those fires, 2 are not under control, 1 is being held, 1 is under control, and 17 are being observed.<\/p>\n Updated: July 2,\u00a02026 at 18:15\u00a0p.m. \u202fCentral Daylight Time (CDT<\/abbr>)<\/p>\n No new fires were confirmed in the Northwest region by the early evening of July 2.<\/p>\n At the time of this update there are 73\u00a0active wildland fires in the region. Of these fires, 20\u00a0are not under control, 4\u00a0fires are being held, 6\u00a0fires are under control and 43\u00a0fires are being observed.
