There was a significant washout that closed the road, but there are other issues as well.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the following access points along Gargantua Road will not be accessible until further notice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Belanger Lake<\/li>\n<li>Gargantua Lake<\/li>\n<li>Miron Lake<\/li>\n<li>Buckshot Lake, and<\/li>\n<li>Gargantua Bay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Campsites in the following Coastal Trail zones will also be temporarily closed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chalfant Cove<\/li>\n<li>Chair Island<\/li>\n<li>Warp Bay<\/li>\n<li>Gargantua North<\/li>\n<li>Gargantua South<\/li>\n<li>Rhyolite Cove, and<\/li>\n<li>Mermaid Lagoon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lake Superior Park advises that Gargantua Road is closed for maintenance.
