Of those fires, 1 is being held, and 1 is being observed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire of Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Timmins 9 (TIM009) <\/strong>is 3,151 hectares in size and located approximately 10 km from Gogama, 7 km west of Mattagami First Nation and 1.5 km west of Highway 144. Of those fires, 3\u00a0are not under control, 1\u00a0fire is being held, 2\u00a0fires are under control and 4\u00a0fires are being observed.<\/p>\n<p>There were 2\u00a0new wildland fires confirmed in the Northwest Region by the early evening of June 15.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fort Frances 12\u00a0(FOR012)<\/strong> is located near Louisa Lake near the south end of Quetico Provincial Park, approximately 70\u00a0kilometres south of Atikokan. The fire is not under control at 3\u00a0hectares in size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thunder Bay 26\u00a0(THU026)<\/strong> is located adjacent to a rail corridor approximately 13\u00a0kilometres east of Thunder Bay. The fire is being held at 0.2\u00a0hectares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fire of Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dryden 13\u00a0(DRY013)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FireRanger crews continue to make excellent progress responding to Dryden 13, located in the southern portion of Wabakimi Provincial Park.<\/li>\n<li>The fire was remapped today to a more accurate size of 14,333\u00a0hectares.
