On Friday, December 1st, Wawa Baptist Church will be holding another free two-hour monthly kids\u2019 club at the Hillcrest Heights Centre. The kids\u2019 club runs from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. All children between the age of 5 and 12 are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n

Come out to enjoy this month\u2019s kids\u2019 club as we sing carols, make some Christmas crafts, decorate and eat snacks, and listen to two special Christmas Bible stories. For information or to pre-register your child in advance, contact Cheryl Anne at 705-852-0886 or wawabaptistchurch@gmail.com.<\/p>\n

Join the Christmas festivities as Wawa Baptist presents the second annual Christmas production, \u201cA Bethlehem Christmas at the Fawlty Towers,\u201d on Sunday, December 9 at the Wawa Goose Seniors\u2019 Drop-in Centre. Enjoy the performance of plays and Christmas carols, followed by hot drinks and desserts. Everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n

On Sunday, December 10, at 6:30 p.m., Wawa Baptist will host a Christmas Praise Night at the Wawa Goose Seniors\u2019 Drop-in Centre. Come and be refreshed by a time of friendship and singing Christmas carols.<\/p>\n

Sunday, December 17, Wawa Baptist extends an invitation to lunch. After church at 10:00 a.m. (at Wawa Goose Seniors\u2019 Centre), lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. Please join Wawa Baptist for a time of food, fun, and meeting new friends.<\/p>\n

A Christmas Eve service will be held by Wawa Baptist on Sunday, December 24, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wawa Goose Seniors\u2019 Drop-in Centre. All are welcome.<\/p>\n

Wawa Baptist continues to have two morning Bible studies at 9:30 a.m. on \u00a0Wednesday mornings for ladies and men in the community. If interested in participating in these Bible studies, please contact 705-852-0886 for changes in the location of the ladies\u2019 Bible study, and 705-852-0903 for the men\u2019s Bible study. Also, an evening Bible study is available at 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays. To participate or to get more information about the location, call 705-852-0903.<\/p>\n

Everyone is welcome to come each Sunday to pray at 9:30 a.m., and engage in worship at 10:00 a.m. with songs of praise, and a Scripture-based sermon. The Wawa Goose Seniors\u2019 Drop-in Centre is wheelchair accessible. Sunday school is available for children between up to 12 years of age. \u00a0Dress is casual.<\/p>\n
