The driver then refused to comply with the Standard Field Sobriety Test (SFST) demand. As a result,\u00a0Jeffrey White, 46, of Nipigon, ON, has been charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Failure to Comply with Release Order (Criminal Code)<\/li>\n<li>Failure Or Refusal to Comply with Demand (Criminal Code)<\/li>\n<li>Speeding (Highway Traffic Act)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The accused&#8217;s driver licence was suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for 14 days. The accused was remanded into custody following a bail hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP remains committed to taking alcohol\/drug-impaired drivers off our roads through enforcement and public education.
