<\/a>Born in Mont\u2011Laurier, Qu\u00e9bec, she was the cherished daughter of Armand L\u00e9pine and Ludivine Tourangeau, and was lovingly raised as well by her stepmother, Louise Papineau. Armande was the beloved sister of Andr\u00e9, Jeanne d\u2019Arc, Jacques, Paul, Antoine, Madeleine, Fran\u00e7oise and Claudette, all of whom predeceased her. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her long and meaningful life.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Deeply devoted to both her family and to God, Armande lived a life defined by generosity, resilience, and quiet strength. She devoted several decades of her life to the Sacred Heart Church in Chapleau, where she served as choir director and lead singer. She also restored the church\u2019s statues and created a Christmas nativity scene, leaving a lasting imprint on the parish<\/p>\n
community she cherished so deeply. As a member of the Daughters of Isabella since the founding of the local circle, she remained, in her later years, a dedicated participant in the Chapter of the Sick, offering prayers for those living in suffering.<\/p>\n

Armande was predeceased by her husband, Raymond, with whom she shared many years of partnership and love. Together, they raised twelve children: Germain (deceased), Marie (deceased), Solange (Jean Louis Richard), Raymonde (L\u00e9o Boucher), Claudine (Robert Liberty), Ginette, Jasmine (Yves Sabourin), Alain, Lise (Michel Venne), Nicole (Maurice Boudreault), Ren\u00e9 (Kathleen), and Linda (Martin Berzel). Her family continued to grow across generations, and she took great pride in each new life added to the circle. She is survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great\u2011grandchildren, and 6 great\u2011great\u2011grandchildren, all of whom carry forward her spirit, her values, and her love.<\/p>\n

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Father Ben, the nursing staff, the PSWs, support services staff, the activation department, her special friends, Dr. Kendra Saari and Dr. Steven Saari for the attention, love, and exceptional care they provided during her stay at the Bignucolo Residence.<\/p>\n

Friends are invited to visit at the Sacred Heart Church on Sunday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A memorial mass will take place on Monday February 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Ben Nshikita officiating. Le souvenir de chacun d\u2019eux est demeur\u00e9 vivant dans son c\u0153ur tout au long de sa longue vie.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Profond\u00e9ment d\u00e9vou\u00e9e \u00e0 sa famille et \u00e0 Dieu, Armande a men\u00e9 une vie marqu\u00e9e par la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, la r\u00e9silience et une force tranquille. Elle a consacr\u00e9 plusieurs d\u00e9cennies de sa vie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise Sacr\u00e9\u2011C\u0153ur de Chapleau, o\u00f9 elle a servi comme cheffe de ch\u0153ur et chanteuse principale. Elle a \u00e9galement restaur\u00e9 les statues de l\u2019\u00e9glise et cr\u00e9\u00e9 une cr\u00e8che de No\u00ebl, laissant une empreinte durable dans la communaut\u00e9 paroissiale qu\u2019elle ch\u00e9rissait tant. Membre des Filles d\u2019Isabelle depuis la fondation du cercle local, elle est demeur\u00e9e, dans ses derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, une participante d\u00e9vou\u00e9e du Chapitre des Malades, offrant des pri\u00e8res pour ceux vivant dans la souffrance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Armande a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e dans la mort par son \u00e9poux, Raymond, avec qui elle a partag\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d\u2019amour et de complicit\u00e9. Ensemble, fils ont \u00e9lev\u00e9 douze enfants : Germain (d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9), Marie (d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e), Solange (Jean Louis Richard), Raymonde (L\u00e9o Boucher), Claudine (Robert Liberty), Ginette, Jasmine (Yves Sabourin), Alain, Lise (Michel Venne), Nicole (Maurice Boudreault), Ren\u00e9 (Kathleen) et Linda (Martin Berzel). Sa famille s\u2019est agrandie au fil des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, et elle \u00e9tait fi\u00e8re de chaque nouvelle vie accueillie dans le cercle familial.
