As a result of police investigation, a quantity of drugs was located at the residence with a total street value of $12,030.00.<\/p>\n<p>Three persons were arrested and charged with the following:<\/p>\n<p>Pascal GAGNON, 41 years of age from Wawa, Ontario was arrested and charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule I (cocaine) contrary to Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)<\/li>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II (cannabis) contrary to Section 5 (2) CDSA<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II cannabis (oil) contrary to Section 5(2) CDSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Louis\u00a0DELGUIDICE, 61 years of age from Dubreuilville, Ontario was arrested and charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule I (cocaine) contrary to Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)<\/li>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II (cannabis) contrary to Section 5 (2) CDSA<\/li>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II cannabis (oil) contrary to Section 5(2) CDSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 17-year-old female was also charged with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule I (cocaine) contrary to Section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)<\/li>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II (cannabis) contrary to Section 5 (2) CDSA<\/li>\n<li>Possession for the purpose of trafficking &#8211; schedule II cannabis (oil) contrary to Section 5(2) CDSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused was released on a promise to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa on December 11, 2017.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div><div class=\"divider\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oct 24, 2017 @ 20:41 On October 23, 2017, at approximately 5:20 pm members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and members from the Superior East (Wawa) OPP detachment executed a warrant on a residence in the town of Wawa.
