September 14, 1944 \u2013 June 23, 2024<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Well, we have some news, Mr. Marc Andr\u00e9 Bujold from St-Joe’s Island has chosen to have a BBQ and not a funeral. He will be cremated. That’s rite folks cremated. Marc was a friendly gentleman, who was loved by all (or as we are told) and as funny as they come always laughing.<\/p>\n

Marc leaves behind his wife Mary.<\/p>\n

A daughter Cheryl who is just like him.<\/p>\n

His three grandsons Cory who he claimed as his son and taught him the ropes. Justin as humble as they come and gentle like his Pep\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Tyler his sidekick and ride or die.<\/p>\n

Marc also has five great grandchildren who he adores and can put the biggest smile on his face. Lukey who is 8, Sebastian who is 4, Sydney Girl who is 2, Ella Bean who is 7 months and Miss Emilia who is brand new coming in at 1 month old.<\/p>\n

Marc was well set in his golden years for with these beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren came beautiful women who chose his grandsons. He would be well looked after and fed. Mandy his private nurse made sure he was always number one, Karen who cooked him some of the best meals he had tasted (no offence Mary) and Liz who was also in the medical field. Thank you for loving him through everything.<\/p>\n

Pep\u00e8re they called him showed his grandsons and started showing Lukey how to drive a side by side. He also showed his grandsons how to hunt, fish, how to work for your money around the farm (Marc reaped the rewards on that one lol) and how to appreciate what you got, and most of all be in each others lives and having a great time!<\/p>\n

Marc would like to thank Terry over the years for the help he gave him. Don’t hold it over him when he almost shot your boot off.<\/p>\n

Marc had many friends, and they did hold special places in his heart.<\/p>\n

Marc was born in L’Alverne, Quebec, grew up on a farm with his predeceased parents Raymond and Nelda. Marc was lucky as they were a total of nine, with lots of laughter and lots of music and very hard-working folks! Predeceased by Guy (late Gis\u00e8le), Yvon and Gilles. Forever remembered by siblings Rolland (Anita), Francine, Nicole (Regis), Charles and Line as well as his many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Marc was a “Bucheron”, owned his own company, retiring in 1997, had built a log cabin, rebuilt a tractor, rebuilt a 1957 Chev. made sleighs, a wagon and you name it. He was a man of his word, he showed up, dressed up and ready to go. He was loved by many and will be remember by many. He passes his legacy and passes along his great qualities to his daughter, his grandsons and their families. That’s how Marc will be remembered by the stories that will be told in his honour and the love that will be shared. Shine bright as they will be looking at the stars for you. T-Boy will be sitting daily in your favourite chair on the patio.<\/p>\n

In closing thank you to Dr. Crawford and staff at Matthew’s Hospital. To all the staff at Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River thank you for making Marc have a home away from home and showing him laughter is the best medicine. Thank you for providing him end of life care he wanted during his last journey before the spirit world.<\/p>\n

A private celebration of Marc’s life will be held at a later date.<\/p>\n

Et bien nous avons des nouvelles M. Marc Andr\u00e9 Bujold, de l’\u00cele St-Joe a choisi de faire un BBQ et non des fun\u00e9railles. Il sera incin\u00e9r\u00e9. C’est le rite de l’incin\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc \u00e9tait un gentleman sympathique, aim\u00e9 de tous (ou comme on nous le dit) et aussi dr\u00f4le qu’on puisse toujours rire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc laisse derri\u00e8re lui sa femme Mary. <\/span><\/p>\n

Une fille Cheryl qui lui ressemble.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ses trois petits-fils Cory qu’il a revendiqu\u00e9 comme son fils et lui ont appris les ficelles du m\u00e9tier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Justin aussi humble qu’ils soient et doux comme son P\u00e9p\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tyler son acolyte et chevauche ou meurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc a \u00e9galement cinq arri\u00e8re-petits-enfants qu’il adore et qui peuvent lui mettre le plus grand sourire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lukey qui a 8 ans<\/span>, S\u00e9bastien qui a 4 ans, Sydney Girl de 2 ans, Ella Bean qui a 7 mois et Miss Emilia qui est toute nouvelle arrive \u00e0 1 mois. Marc \u00e9tait bien plac\u00e9 dans ses ann\u00e9es d’or car avec ces beaux petits-enfants et arri\u00e8re-petits-enfants sont venues de belles femmes qui ont choisi ses petits-fils. Il serait bien soign\u00e9 et nourri. Mandy, son infirmi\u00e8re priv\u00e9e, veillait \u00e0 ce qu’il soit toujours num\u00e9ro un, Karen qui lui pr\u00e9parait certains des meilleurs repas qu’il avait go\u00fbt\u00e9s (sans vouloir offenser Mary) et Liz qui travaillait \u00e9galement dans le domaine m\u00e9dical. Merci de l’aimer \u00e0 travers tout.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pepere, ils l’appelaient, a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 ses petits-fils et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 montrer \u00e0 Lukey comment conduire, chasser, p\u00eacher, comment travailler pour son argent \u00e0 la ferme (Marc a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 les r\u00e9compenses sur celui-l\u00e0), leur a appris \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier ce que vous avez, et la plupart des soyez tous dans la vie des uns et des autres et passez un bon moment\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc tient \u00e0 remercier Terry au fil des ann\u00e9es pour l’aide qu’il lui a apport\u00e9e. Ne lui en voulez pas quand il a failli vous arracher la botte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc avait de nombreux amis et ils occupaient une place particuli\u00e8re dans son c\u0153ur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc est n\u00e9 \u00e0 L’Alverne, au Qu\u00e9bec, et a grandi sur une ferme avec ses parents pr\u00e9d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s Raymond et Nelda. Marc a eu de la chance car ils \u00e9taient neuf au total, avec beaucoup de rires et beaucoup de musique et des gens qui travaillaient tr\u00e8s dur! Pr\u00e9d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 par Guy (feu Gis\u00e8le), Yvon et Gilles. Dont on se souviendra a jamais par Francine, Nicole (Regis), Charles et Line, aussi par de nombreux neveux et ni\u00e8ces.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc \u00e9tait un Bucheron, il poss\u00e9dait sa propre entreprise, retrait\u00e9 en 1997, il avait construit une cabane en rondins, reconstruit un tracteur, une Chev de 1957. Il a fabriqu\u00e9 des tra\u00eeneaux, un chariot et ainsi de suite. C’\u00e9tait un homme de parole, il s’est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, habill\u00e9 et pr\u00eat \u00e0 partir. Il \u00e9tait aim\u00e9 par beaucoup et beaucoup se souviendront de lui. Il transmet son h\u00e9ritage et transmet ses grandes qualit\u00e9s \u00e0 sa fille, ses petits-fils et leurs familles. C’est ainsi que Marc restera dans les m\u00e9moires par les histoires qui seront racont\u00e9es en son honneur et l’amour qui sera partag\u00e9. Brillez de mille feux car ils regarderont les \u00e9toiles pour toi. Ton T-boy seras assis dans ta chaisse favourite aussi sur le patio.<\/span><\/p>\n

En conclusion, merci \u00e0 Dr Crawford et au personnel de l’h\u00f4pital Matthew. \u00c0 tout le personnel de Golden Birch \u00e0 Blind River, merci d’avoir permis \u00e0 Marc d’avoir un chez-soi loin de chez lui et de lui avoir montr\u00e9 que le rire est le meilleur rem\u00e8de. Merci de lui avoir prodigu\u00e9 les soins de fin de vie qu’il souhaitait lors de son dernier voyage avant le monde des esprits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration priv\u00e9e de la vie a Marc aura lieu ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
