A traffic stop was conducted. The driver failed a roadside test and was subsequently placed under arrest for impaired driving. The driver was also found to be a suspended driver.<\/p>\n<p>The driver was brought back to the Schreiber OPP Detachment for further testing.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Hepburn, 27-years-old of Elliot Lake has been charged with:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Operation While Impaired &#8211; Alcohol and Drugs<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Operation While Impaired &#8211; Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Drive Motor Vehicle &#8211; Perform Stunt<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Driving While Under Suspension<\/p>\n<p>The accused is now facing a 90-Day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-Day vehicle impoundment. The accused was released from custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on a later date.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP remains committed to taking alcohol\/drug-impaired drivers off our roads through enforcement and public education.
