Written and directed by\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Richard Bell<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0(<em class=\"\">Eighteen<\/em>), the cast includes\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Brendan Fehr<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0as Robert Butcher,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Brendan Fletcher<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0as Arthur Lambden and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Jake Manley<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0as George Waller. Based on a true Canadian story, this is the first time a feature film has been permitted to film on the sacred First Nations land near Wawa, Ontario.<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">\u201c<em class=\"\">Brotherhood<\/em>\u00a0tells an essential tale not only because of its history, but because of the story of bravery, sacrifice and selflessness it reveals,\u201d says Richard Bell, director. \u201cIt is an honour to bring a part of Canada\u2019s rich past to the big screen.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">The film follows an infamous 1926 canoe trip the Brotherhood of St. Andrew leadership group took.
