will have a Diploma in bookkeeping from a<br \/>\nrecognized learning institution and proven experience in keeping full sets of books, and<br \/>\nproven skills in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>computer accounting,<\/li>\n<li>financial management,<\/li>\n<li>financial statements,<\/li>\n<li>auditing process,<\/li>\n<li>excellent organizational and time management skills,<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to these basic skills, there should be evidence of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a general knowledge and understanding of the organization\u2019s purpose, goals<br \/>\nand objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good working relationships with all staff and particularly with the Shelter<br \/>\nDirector.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of client and organization\u2019s information.<\/li>\n<li>personal skills in terms of being a team player, enthusiastic, honest, open, direct and<br \/>\nloyal,<\/li>\n<li>diligence and accuracy,<\/li>\n<li>ability to work independently and to meet deadlines,<\/li>\n<li>good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CHADWIC Home requires all employees, contractors, students, and volunteers to be fully vaccinated
