\"\"Just after 8 a.m. a transport tried to turn around on the highway and ended up with the tractor in the ditch and the trailer blocking the highway.<\/p>\n

As a result\u00a0Highway 17 is blocked at this time at Three Ring Road (just south of Batchawana Bay \/ Batchawana River). Laird Towing is on their way to move the transport (5:45 a.m.).<\/p>\n

Ontario511 is reporting that as of 8:20 that the highway is closed at the Batchawana River.<\/p>\n
