In total, <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario&#8217;s<\/span>municipal governments will be provided with over <span class=\"xn-money\">$782.1 million<\/span> this year through the fund. The funding, which flows through the Association of Municipalities of <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario<\/span>\u00a0(AMO)\u00a0is now available to support community infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p>GTF funding supports hundreds of local infrastructure projects across <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario<\/span>each year. A portion of the annual provincial allocation is also used by the province to maintain rural roads in northern <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario<\/span> on behalf of local roads boards.\u00a0The Province of <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario<\/span> will use a portion of the annual allocation to maintain rural access roads in unincorporated areas of northern <span class=\"xn-location\">Ontario<\/span>.
