Please note that grade stamp lumber needs to be used for all structure builds. Some projects may not require a building permit, examples of these projects are; sheds 100 square feet or less, unattached decks less than 24 inches in height, minor home repairs, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Also, be mindful of zoning requirements and what is a permitted use on your land. You need to make sure you are building things in the right location on your land, as setbacks from property lines are extremely important to follow.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are unsure your project requires a permit or if you have any other questions, please contact Kevin Sabourin, Chief Building Official at <a href=\"mailto:ksabourin@wawa.cc\">ksabourin@wawa.cc<\/a> or 705-856-2244 ext. 228.
