Measurement Month is an effort to collect <strong>consistent<\/strong>, <strong>comparable<\/strong> data to inform decision-making at the local, regional, provincial, and national level for Northern Ontario. Given the demographic challenges facing Northern Ontario, this inaugural Measurement Month will focus on <strong>racism<\/strong>, <strong>reconciliation<\/strong>, and <strong>welcoming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, there is a chance for respondents to win one of ten <strong>$100 prepaid VISA gift cards<\/strong> for answering a survey below. Interested parties, please respond to the survey most suited to your situation and share with your networks.<\/p>\n<p>The surveys will be open from <strong>February 1 to 15, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Employer Preparedness Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measuring and assessing the ability of employers to meet the unique needs of immigrants and diverse groups.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible\u00a0respondents<\/strong>:\u00a0Organizations\/businesses in any industry, that have at least one employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/EmployerEN\">Take the survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual Experience Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measuring and assessing individuals\u2019 satisfaction with support services and related resources in their communities, as well as the welcoming efforts of each community.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible respondents:\u00a0<\/strong>Any individual currently residing in a Northern Ontario community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/IndividualEN\">Take the survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Service provider capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measuring and assessing the capacity of service providers to meet the needs of immigrants and diverse groups.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible respondents<\/strong>:\u00a0Any service provider in Northern Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/SPOEN\">Take the survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exit Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measuring and assessing perspectives of individuals who have migrated out of a Northern Ontario community.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible respondents<\/strong>:\u00a0Any individual who has lived in a Northern Ontario community previously, but has since left the community (even if they moved within Northern Ontario).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/ExitSurveyEN\">Take the survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience With Racism Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measuring and assessing individual experiences with community racism and potential interventions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible respondents<\/strong>: Measuring and assessing individual experiences with community racism and potential interventions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/AntiRacismEN\">Take the survey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information, and to view all surveys,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northernpolicy.ca\/measurement-month\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The results of this survey will be generalized in reports published by Northern Policy Institute and other survey partners. <strong>No personal identification will be revealed<\/strong>.
