On May 7, 2017, at approximately 2:50 pm members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Chapleau Detachment responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 129 in the Township of Reaney, District of Sudbury. Investigation at the scene revealed that the licence plates on the vehicle were stolen and that a male and a female involved had fled the scene. A search of the area was conducted. Police were able to locate and apprehend both individuals.<\/p>\n
As a result the following people have been charged with the following offences;<\/p>\n
Levi L. WEAR, 23 years of age, of London Ontario was charged with;<\/p>\n
2 counts Adult- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 -in Canada contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
\nAdult Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to section 7333.1(1) of the CC.
\nDayna M.C. CAMPBELL-SUESS, 23 years of age, of Sudbury, Ontario, was charged with:<\/p>\n
2 counts Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000-in Canada contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
\n2 counts Adult Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to section 145(3) of the CC<\/p>\n
