\u201cDoug Ford\u2019s license plate vanity project was a problem before the new plates were even rolled out, but it\u2019s now clearer than ever that Ford\u2019s new, PC Party blue plates aren\u2019t just a waste of public money, they\u2019re a serious safety concern,\u201d said French.<\/p>\n

Drivers are raising concerns about the readability of the plates, and how that could impact reports of drunk or dangerous drivers, or help in the case of an amber alert.<\/p>\n

But the backup plan may have already been destroyed.
