High plus 5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roads<\/strong> &#8211; bare and dry<\/p>\n<p><strong>Local<\/strong> &#8211; The painting of the Yellow Fish Road is expected to begin\u00a0today\u00a0starting at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>In local music news, the Board of Directors of the Wawa Entertainment Series is considering a &#8220;Spring Fling&#8221; talent show for late May, as a possible fundraiser for the Series and th<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">e Wawa Music Festival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Wawa Music Festival will be held on the Canada Day\u00a0lon<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">g weekend to coincide with the township&#8217;s Canada 150 celebrations and the unveiling of our new goose. Matt Larrett explained, &#8220;<\/span>We are investigating the possibility of a &#8220;beer garden&#8221; on the July 1st activities at the waterfront and leading up to the fireworks, as a fundraiser for the Wawa Entertainment Series, but we don&#8217;t have the expertise to do this on our own. If you are confident, competent, and experienced and would be willing to help out we would love to hear from you as soon as possible.
