We need a plan.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mantha says inaction on the part of Kathleen Wynne\u2019s government is threatening future investment in the project, and squandering a major resource development opportunity for the province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you invest money to develop natural resources in the north, the entire province benefits from this investment.
