On Tuesday March 21, 2017 at approximately 6:45 am members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East White River Detachment responded to an animal complaint at a White River address. On scene the officers observed the large black German Shepherd dog attack a person then run away. The animal which was believed to be injured and considered dangerous to public has been located by police and no longer poses a threat to the public.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday March 21, 2017 at approximately 6:45 am members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East White River Detachment responded to an animal complaint at a White River address. On scene the officers observed the large black German Shepherd dog attack a person then run away.<\/p>\n

The animal is believed to be injured and considered dangerous to <\/strong>public. Do not approach this animal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Investigation is continuing at this time.\u00a0Anyone with any information is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.<\/p>\n
