From Shaw, \u201c crews are on site and working still.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Looks to be some trouble with the entire network hub that feeds the area around it they have to repair. \u00a0When asked\u00a0<\/span><\/span>how long might this take,\u201d the response was, \u201c<\/span><\/span>In my experience it should be back up today but I do not know the exact time.\u201d When it was said, \u201c<\/span><\/span>Been down since 9 pm yesterday \u2639\ufe0f\u201c, the Shaw representive explained, \u201c<\/span><\/span>Yes, they couldn’t work overnight unfortunately.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>They had to come back in the morning to continue.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Wawa-news used the \u2018chat\u2019 on Shaw\u2019s website to get more information.\u00a0From Shaw \u201cThere is a known outage in the area, tech’s have been working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Many residents of Wawa are experiencing difficulties with their Internet where Shaw is their internet provider. \u00a0The trouble began about an hour and a half ago, about 7 p.m. \u00a0A Wawa-news.com reader says that she has been waiting for about an hour on the phone with Shaw, and she is 268th in line.<\/p>\n
